Life circumstances do not define who we are. They are merely parts of our story. They can either debilitate us or propel us forward fiercely.

The process of discovery and taking ownership of who you are at your core is an art form that looks differently for every individual. You already have that greatness within you. The work is in getting past all barriers (the unknown, fear, insecurities, guilt, our own beliefs- however limiting, etc.).

I will to help you channel your inner warrior so you can live a life filled with authenticity, purpose, and resilience. After all, you are the main character in the story about your life.

If you’re always strong, people won’t know how to show up for you in your weakest moments. And then you’ll wonder why no one is ever there for you because you’ve never really taught them or given them a chance to really love you well...perpetuating the feelings of loneliness and abandonment...and you’ll start convincing yourself that nobody cares. The thing is...If you never show your wound, how is anyone to know you’re not really ok? No one can read minds (at least no one I know). This had always been the area of struggle in my life, too. It’s important and helps to remember that while we want to show up for our friends/family and lead with love (and we should), we’ve got to ALSO lead with vulnerability.
